- 11:00-12:15 Exchange on good practice amongst all institutions: Introduction to internal clearance of (EU) projects/procedures & pre-award services (Kimberly Cornfield UCL; Eric Stempels, UU, Karin Pai, UT; Stefan Mühlbachler, ÖAW Thomas Brandl, ÖAW CeMM and all).
- 12:15-13:30 Networking lunch
- Afternoon session
- 13:30-14:15 Exchange on good practice in innovation management: Introduction to internal procedures (Martin Scott, UCL; Claudia Kitzmüller, ÖAW)
- 14:30-15:00 Exchange on good practice regarding trainings (Thomas Brandl, ÖAW-CeMM, Bedanna Bapuly, ÖAW and all)
- 15:15-15:45 Exchange on good practice in financial issues (Barbara Hoflehner, Gudrun Krakhofer, ÖAW)
- 15:45-16:15 Wrap-up and outlook (joined activities 2024); campus tour.
