    • 10:00-11:00 Welcome to ÖAW: getting to know each other & setting the scene
    • 11:00-12:15 Exchange on good practice amongst all institutions: Introduction to internal clearance of (EU) projects/procedures & pre-award services (Kimberly Cornfield UCL; Eric Stempels, UU, Karin Pai, UT; Stefan Mühlbachler, ÖAW Thomas Brandl, ÖAW CeMM and all).
  • 12:15-13:30 Networking lunch
  • Afternoon session
    • 13:30-14:15 Exchange on good practice in innovation management: Introduction to internal procedures (Martin Scott, UCL; Claudia Kitzmüller, ÖAW)
    • 14:30-15:00 Exchange on good practice regarding trainings (Thomas Brandl, ÖAW-CeMM, Bedanna Bapuly, ÖAW and all)
    • 15:15-15:45 Exchange on good practice in financial issues (Barbara Hoflehner, Gudrun Krakhofer, ÖAW)
    • 15:45-16:15 Wrap-up and outlook (joined activities 2024); campus tour.
