The EXOHOST project was highlighted as an important milestone in Tartu Observatory’s achievements in 2023.
The yearbook reports the following about the EXOHOST project: it highlights the launch of this international cooperation initiative as a key development in astronomy. The project aims to establish Tartu Observatory as the leading center in the Nordic and Baltic region for studying exoplanet host stars and is funded through the EU’s twinning measure. EXOHOST is also closely linked to Estonia’s involvement in the European Space Agency’s Ariel mission.
