WP1: Project Management; Improved Research Management Capacity; Long-Term Collaboration between Partners

Lead beneficiary: University of Tartu

Objectives:

• O1.1 Set up effective project management structures
• O1.2 Ensure external quality control through an Advisory Board
• O1.3 Monitor and coordinate the activities of the participants, ensure progress towards the milestones, deliverables, and objectives of the project, in line with the EC rules and requirements
• O1.4 Ensure data management in line with FAIR principles
• O1.5 Enhance the research management practises and skills at UTARTU to help elevate its research quality to an internationally competitive level, as well as to improve proposal writing skills
• O1.6 Help develop diversity friendly environment at UTARTU
• O1.7 Lay the foundation for a long-term collaboration between project partners
