EXOHOST researcher Alexandra Lehtmets participated in the Atmospheric Escape and Replenishment in Planetary Systems workshop at the Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) in Baltimore.
At the workshop, she presented a talk “Stellar Photospheric Contamination as a Tool for Indirect Characterisation of Hot Jupiter Atmospheres.”
The workshop brought together experts working on atmospheric escape, mass loss, and atmospheric replenishment processes in exoplanetary systems, with a strong focus on recent advances from HST and JWST observations
